A gentle and smooth cup of coffee. Pretty low acidity. Nice, clean and chocolaty with a hint of nuttiness in the flavor of the cup. A great one to sip on all throughout the day. This coffee makes an excellent cold brew too! If you like a little splash of milk & sugar, Peru cold brew is the way to go.
