The aroma of this coffee has awesome sweet notes! Hazel and hickory nuts, caramel, and milk chocolate! The body is light/medium and has a very silky & smooth texture. The aroma comes through in the taste to create a wonderful balance of delicate tones. The cup finishes smooth and clean with a lingering sweetness. Quickly becoming a customer favorite!
Currently our Huehuetenango is from Union Cantinil. Operations in Huehuetenango, Guatemala are of a micro-warehouse in Union Cantinil, located in the heart of the municipality. There, they hand-select and consolidate coffees from over 76 small producers to create Jabiru, our current bean we roast in house to a medium-dark that we love.
